The Trust Diagnostic
Four weeks · limited availability
For organizations where leadership senses drift: slower execution, quieter meetings, declining accountability or rising regretted attrition, without a clear explanation.
Over four weeks I establish a baseline across the five structural drivers of trust, examine the patterns behind the results and identify where leadership attention will have the greatest effect.
You receive
- TrustXP measurement across the organization
- Structured leadership conversations
- Analysis across the five drivers
- An executive findings session
- A prioritized 90-day action plan
Includes six months of TrustXP. Two diagnostic engagements per quarter.
The Leadership Workshop
Half-day or full-day · on request
The Compounding Trust framework applied to a live challenge with your leadership team. Leaders map the situation across the five drivers, and each leader predicts the organization's trust scores before the real numbers are shown in the room. The gap between the two is usually the most useful hour of the day.
Your leadership team leaves with
- A shared map of the principal trust risks
- One to three agreed leadership priorities
- Named ownership and measurable next actions
- A method for reviewing progress
Includes three months of TrustXP. Travel billed separately outside Ireland.
Founder and CEO Advisory
Six months · by application
Private advisory for founders and CEOs navigating growth, organizational change and consequential leadership decisions. We work through live situations as they develop: leadership-team tension, unclear decision rights, organizational silence, executive changes, reorganizations, and the trust consequences of difficult decisions.
The engagement includes
- An initial organizational trust and leadership diagnostic
- Two private sessions a month
- Questions between sessions, by message
- A monthly trust and leadership review
- A quarterly strategic reset
- The Compounding Trust tools and frameworks
Six-month minimum. I work with a maximum of two advisory clients at a time.
